Owner - President

Dedicated to the Private Investigation and Protective Service industry since
1976, Guy Parent is Owner and President of The C.I.S. Group of companies
serving with locations across Canada. Guy has proudly served Canadian and
International employers since the conception of C.I.S. in 1988. He attributes
his success to having surrounded himself with some of the most experienced
and knowledgeable individuals in the Investigative and Protective Services
business and is proud to introduce them to you.


MICHAEL GLAVIN
Executive Vice President

Intelligence gathering such as acquiring ongoing information is vital.
Michael spearheads operations for C.I.S. with 17 years of investigative
knowledge in almost every capacity of service of labour unrest. His skill
sets include gathering background intelligence, interviewing, statement
analysis, undercover operations and most every form of surveillance and
clandestine camera operations lending to investigative services including
as it relates to a labour disruptions.


HRATCH JABRAYAN
Vice-President of Protective Services

Hratch brings over a decade and a wide variety of experience to C.I.S. in
the field of labour dispute operations bringing with him a history of security
and investigative background. He has assisted more than 500 companies in
the contingency planning and risk assessments of labour disputes having
successfully managed the largest labour dispute in Canadian history. As a
graduate of the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Security and University
of Toronto, Corporate Finance, Hratch is also fluent in four languages.


JAYSON CHABOT
National Executive - Business Development

Jayson comes to C.I.S. as the former owner of a full service security agency
generating 2.5 million in new revenues from grass roots and within a three
year span. An active Captain with 15-year tenure in the Canadian Military,
Jayson oversees the training all its members as the Training Officer for his
Regiment. He is not only dedicated to the interests of Labour Unrest and
Protective Services, Jayson also provides instruction in several Seminars
and Workshops offered by C.I.S.


GEOFF J. WARREN
National Executive - Corporate Services

Geoff has been dedicated to the Protection and Investigation profession
since 2003 and comes with a strong operations background with a forte
in business development. He began developing this security portfolio in
the telecommunications field holding top-level management positions. This
experience prompted Geoff to accept a position of Sales Director of Labour
Unrest and Special Projects for a national protection and investigation agency
serving Ontario and Atlantic Provinces. Geoff provides client consultation for
business continuity planning in the event of a strike, crisis management,
protection, asset security and investigations for corporate clientele for the
C.I.S. Group of Companies.
